All 54 African countries have confirmed their participation in the upcoming first ministerial conference of the Russia-Africa Partnership Forum, scheduled to take place in the federal territory of Sirius this November, according to Mikhail Bogdanov, the Russian President’s Special Representative for the Middle East and Africa and Deputy Foreign Minister.
When asked by journalists whether all countries had already requested bilateral meetings, Mikhail Bogdanov answered “All of them. Of course, all of them,” he said.
The Ministerial Conference of the Russia-Africa Partnership Forum will be held on November 9-10, 2024 in the Russian federal territory of Sirius.
Russia seeks to strengthen ties with the African continent as its relationship with the West seems to be in the dark.
