On September 30, the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Taxation and Customs Policy recommended that the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine support the Bill № 5270 “on amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and some other legislative acts of Ukraine concerning peculiarities of taxation of business activities of electronic residents”.

Under this law, electronic residents of Ukraine will be able to:

  • Register as FPE 3 groups through mobile application without physical presence on the territory of the country.
  • Open a bank account for business activity online.
  • To pay a single tax in the amount of 5% of the income.

The adoption of the Law is important for creating comfortable conditions for remote opening and running of business in Ukraine, as well as attracting even more investments to support our economy. At the same time, this initiative will help to expand the digital presence of Ukraine in the world.
