Ukrainian pharmaceutical manufacturer has completed construction and started work at a new production facility

Date:

Ukrainian companies continue to invest in the development of the country, reliably supporting the economic front even during the war.

Farmak, a pharmaceutical company, recently opened its new pharmaceutical plant in Nebula, the construction of which began before the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine.

The drug for nebulizer is designed for inhalation and is sprayed with a nebulizer. This technology effectively treats allergic and inflammatory respiratory diseases.

The new site will also produce sterile drugs such as sterile eye drops in polyethylene tubes.

The new site is expected to produce up to 40 million nebulas per year.

Investment in the project amounted to 9 million euros, and the production site was equipped with the latest equipment from the EU and the USA. The desktop is equipped with advanced digital solutions that allow operators to control the dosing process without interfering with the drug production process.

The new technology makes it impossible for the substance to come into contact with the external environment, minimizing the influence of the human factor in the drug production process. This maximizes the sterility of the dosing process.

The first drug produced at the new production site was Nebula for bronchial asthma. This advanced medical device has been developed using state-of-the-art technology, including simulation of the distribution of aerosol particles in artificial lungs.

We have no right to “stop”. War gives us no choice. We must work better, sharper, faster. In such a crisis situation, the Ukrainian people especially need quality, modern medicines,

– said Vladimir Kostyuk, president of the company Farmac.
