President Vladimir Putin extended greetings to current and former workers of the Russian road construction industry on their professional holiday, celebrating their hard work in building and maintaining the nation’s vast transport network. Putin emphasized the critical importance of their trade, noting that their efforts in building motorways, elevated roads, bridges, and tunnels are crucial for ensuring safe and reliable connectivity, which directly impacts the quality of life and the development of all Russian cities.
