NextEra Partners with ServiceNow to Drive Digital Transformation in Saudi Arabia

Date:

NextEra, a joint venture between LTIMindtree and Aramco Digital, has announced a strategic partnership with ServiceNow to accelerate digital transformation in Saudi Arabia and the wider MENA region. The collaboration will establish a proximity center at Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University in Dammam and a ServiceNow Centre of Excellence, aimed at training and equipping the local workforce with advanced digital skills.

The partnership integrates ServiceNow’s intelligent workflow orchestration with NextEra’s strong services capability, enabling large-scale adoption of generative AI and agentic automation. Special emphasis will be placed on developing Arabic-language user interfaces and localized digital solutions that address regional challenges.

Industry-specific platforms will be a cornerstone of the initiative, targeting key sectors such as energy, banking and finance, public services, and giga projects. These solutions are expected to help organizations modernize legacy systems, improve agility, enhance customer and employee experiences, and achieve higher operational efficiency.

Dina Aboonoq, CEO of NextEra and EVP at LTIMindtree, said the partnership would not only transform enterprises but also create jobs and build regional tech talent, aligning with Saudi Vision 2030. ServiceNow’s Area Vice President for MEA, Saif Mashat, emphasized that the collaboration underscores the company’s commitment to delivering scalable, AI-powered platforms that support business growth and innovation in the Middle East.

This partnership marks a milestone in the Kingdom’s digital journey, combining global expertise with local insight to strengthen Saudi Arabia’s position as a regional hub for digital innovation and AI-driven transformation.
