Miss Universe Nigeria Contest Now Open. No restriction on marital status, height or weight

Date:

Silverbird Group, a leading Nigerian media and entertainment company, has launched the maiden edition of the Miss Universe Nigeria contest. The beauty pageant is open to young Nigerian women irrespective of their marital status, body type, color, height or weight.

According to Guy Murray-Bruce, the President of Silverbird Group, all women between the ages of 18 and 28 will participate in the contest. The new contest is a departure from the Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria (MBGN) contest and will be run as a separate project.

New style and format

Murray-Bruce said that the Miss Universe Nigeria contest will be completely different from Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria (MBGN). He stated that the criteria for participating in Miss Universe has evolved over time in comparison to other pageants. Therefore, Silverbird Productions is proud to announce that Miss Universe Nigeria will be a separate and unique contest. This will give it the prominence it truly deserves and will give more young aspiring ladies the chance to fulfill their dreams.

Register online to participate

Miss Universe Nigeria 2023 will be held in September, and there will be a series of events before the finale. The winner stands to win lots of amazing prizes, including a car, cash, and endorsement deals. However, the main prize is the chance to represent Nigeria internationally alongside several other ladies at Miss Universe, which will be held in the beautiful country of El Salvador in December.

No restriction on marital status, weight or color

One of the defining features of Miss Universe Nigeria is that there is no restriction on marital status, weight or color. All young women between the ages of 18 and 28 are eligible to participate in the contest if they have passion, eloquence, intelligence, and confidence to step up and stand out on the world stage and represent Nigeria internationally.

Miss Universe Nigeria is a unique opportunity for young Nigerian women to showcase their beauty and сharisma to the world.
