Ghana’s Black Starlets finished unbeaten in the 2023 UEFA U-16 Development Tournament in Serbia, defeating Switzerland in their final match on Tuesday morning, winning the UEFA U16 Development Tournament for the first time since its inception.

Before this game, Coach Karim Zito’s team had trounced host nation Serbia 4-0 in the first match before rebounding from behind to upset Spain 3-2.

Ghana finished their four-nation tournament campaign with a 3-2 triumph against Switzerland in a dramatic match in Belgrade, Serbia.

Ramsey Asumadu’s brace and Bossman Debrah’s strike were enough to give the Black Starlets a five-goal thriller triumph over the Swiss.
