Stock Up on Traditional Ukrainian Long-term Dishes by Ukrainian Chef Yevhen Klopotenko

Date:

Ukrainian chef Yevhen Klopotenko and entrepreneur Inna Popereshnyuk have teamed up to create a line of long-term food store for home stocks and volunteering. The meals include traditional dishes such as borsch, bograch, kulesh, and shpundra, which aim to provide comfort and a sense of home.

Creating Authentic Long-Term Storage Meals

Yevhen Klopotenko announced about this on Facebook, stating that they believe long-term storage dinners should be authentic and provide a sense of comfort. He noted that they had managed to accomplish this goal.

Klopotenko, who is known for his popular TV cooking show and cookbooks, expressed his pride in the team that worked on this project and stated that they had been able to scale up production to fulfill requests for products in small and large volumes. The smaller orders are intended for home stocks or traveling, while larger orders are ideal for volunteers who need to provide meals to those in need.

Availability and Positive Feedback

The meals are now available for purchase, and interested parties can place their orders on the website. The super team behind the initiative will then process and formulate an offer. The website also provides information on the dishes themselves, giving customers a better understanding of what they can expect.

The proposal has received positive feedback on Facebook:

“We travel a lot in our motorhome, so this offer is very interesting for us.”

“My daughter has been living in Thailand for a long time and recently saw your book on the center shelf in a cafe. The owner of the art cafe was given it by one of the visitors, and it is signed. Two dishes from your book are already on the cafe’s menu. We are happy and proud.”

Overall, Klopotenko and Popereshnyuk’s initiative to create long-term food store that are authentic and flavorful is sure to be appreciated.
