Business issues on implementation of e-СMR systems were considered

On February 15, at the initiative of the Ministry of Community, Territory and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine, an online event was held, during which a number of issues arising from business representatives on the implementation of e-СMR systems

This was reported by X24 Global news with reference to the Ministry of Community, Territory and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine.

The questions were preliminarily collected and worked out by specialists of the Ministry and the Institute of Analysis and Advocacy working together on this project.

At the beginning of the webinar, Deputy Minister of Community, Territory and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine on Digital Development, Digital Transformations and Digitalization Anatoly Komyrny briefly reminded the business about the current state of implementation of the e-СMR project. From the main:

Testing of the e-СMR system continues before its adoption by the Ministry of Reconstruction;

Work is continuing on the digitization of special forms for specific product groups;

A legislative basis is being created for the digitization of waybills.

Anton Zinchenko, head of projects in the field of digitalization of the Institute of Analytics and Advocacy, and representatives of EDO providers, who successfully passed the test on interaction with the e-СMR System, also joined the answers to the questions from the business. Among the representatives are Ruslana Tilevne, Director of the Business Analysis Department of PTAH, and Dmitry Goncharov, Product Manager of EDIN.

During the webinar, experts answered questions on:

  • implementation of e-СMR (important operational issues, what to do in the absence of the Internet and a complete blackout);
  • the cost of using e-СMR;
  • peculiarities of drawing up e-СMR (different cases, the role of driver and forwarder);
  • corrective documents;
  • special forms and allowable group of goods;
  • interoperability of the e-СMR System.

The next webinar for business questions is planned in 2 weeks. Implementation of e-СMR system is carried out by the Ministry of Community, Territory and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine with the support of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and USAID/UK aid project «Transparency and accountability in public administration and services/ TAPAS» and with the participation of LLC «Institute of Analysis and Advocacy», which during the implementation of the project is the administrator of the e-СMR system.
