The Nerazzurri team, including coach Simone Inzaghi, were granted a few days off earlier in the week. Following their return to training, it was acknowledged that the players deserved a rest after their intense schedule throughout April and May, during which they competed in various competitions.

During this break, Inter striker Lautaro Martinez also celebrated his wedding ceremony with partner Agustina Gandolfo, with many of his teammates in attendance. Notably, Onana received permission from Inter to travel to his home country during this time to engage in his philanthropic endeavors.

Onana’s foundation, in collaboration with a Spanish NGO, is committed to providing essential surgeries for children in Cameroon. In the upcoming month, the foundation has scheduled a surgery drive at the Nkomkana Sports Medicine Center in Yaounde, from June 17 to 28.
