President Bola Tinubu has returned to Nigeria after a successful trip to South Africa, where he co-chaired the 11th session of the Nigeria-South Africa Bi-National Commission (BNC) alongside South African President Cyril Ramaphosa.

President Tinubu landed at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport at 9:10 pm, where he was warmly received by top officials, including the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, Chief of Staff to the President, Femi Gbajabiamila, and National Security Adviser, Nuhu Ribadu. At the meeting, both nations signed several Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) and agreements aimed at strengthening bilateral ties and promoting greater cooperation between Nigeria and South Africa. The Nigeria-South Africa Bi-National Commission was established in 1999 to foster collaboration and enhance the diplomatic relationship between the two nations.
